There is a great map that shows how you can skip from one series to another within the Alfred Library. There is also a Primer level of this book which complete beginners with no experience might want to use. Bastien is great for younger students, because it spends a lot of time explaining the fundamentals of music theory and piano play. The Piano Basics Primer is suitable for kids 7 and above.
